The system uses artificial intelligence in two practical ways: to match the properties you have against what your clients are looking for, and to summarise properties and contacts so you can grasp them at a glance. Both work automatically in the background — there is nothing to configure.
When you save a property or a client request, the system analyses its meaning (not just keywords) and can suggest the best matches between them. Instead of manually scanning your whole inventory, you let the system surface the properties that genuinely fit a client's request.
You see matching in two places:
Matching considers price (within a sensible range), location, property type, and overall similarity, so the suggestions are relevant rather than just close on one field.
{primary.fa-info-circle} Good matching depends on good data. The more detail you record on a property and a request, the better the AI can compare them.
The system can generate a short, readable summary of a property or a contact — a quick paragraph that captures the key points without you reading every field.
You can review contact summaries under Contacts -> AI Summaries. Summaries are generated for you and cached, so they load instantly and refresh as the underlying data changes.
