Google Calendar Sync


Overview

You can connect your Google Calendar to the system so that your tasks appear automatically in your calendar. This keeps your viewings, meetings, and follow-ups in one place alongside the rest of your schedule.

The connection is per user — each team member connects their own Google account.


Connecting Your Account

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and open Profile.
  2. Find the Google Calendar section and click to connect.
  3. Sign in with Google and grant permission for the system to manage calendar events.

Once connected, your profile shows the calendar as linked.

{primary.fa-info-circle} You authorise the connection through Google's own sign-in screen, so the system never sees your Google password.


How Sync Works

After connecting, your tasks with a due date are synced to your Google Calendar as events. When a task changes, the corresponding calendar event is kept in step. This means you can glance at your normal calendar — on your phone or computer — and see your work due dates without opening the system.


Disconnecting

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the same Profile section. After disconnecting, tasks stop syncing to your calendar.
