Website Requests

Overview

Your automatic website and your landing pages have forms that visitors fill in to ask about a property or describe what they are looking for. Every submission lands in Contacts -> Website requests as a pending item, waiting for your team to review it before it enters your real contact database.

This review step keeps spam and junk out of your contacts while making sure genuine leads are captured.

Reviewing Requests

Open Contacts -> Website requests to see all incoming submissions. Each one shows the visitor's details and what they asked for. You can mark a submission as:

  • Approved – it is a real lead (see below)
  • Rejected – not useful
  • Spam – junk

{primary.fa-info-circle} The sidebar shows a badge with the number of pending website requests, so you always know when new leads are waiting.

Approving a Request

When you approve a request, the system does the work of turning it into usable data:

  • It creates a contact with the status web lead (and checks for a duplicate email first).
  • It creates the matching request describing what the visitor is looking for.
  • It prepares the request for AI matching, so suitable properties can be suggested automatically.

If you have Lead Automation switched on, an automatic follow-up task is also created for your team. See the Lead Automation section for details.
