Overview

The Seller Portal is a private, read-only dashboard for property owners (sellers). It lets an owner see how their property is performing with your agency — interest, viewings, and activity — without giving them a login to your system or access to any other data.

It is served by your automatic website, and the data comes straight from your property records, so it is always up to date.

How Owners Get Access

Access uses a secure magic link, so there are no passwords for the owner to manage:

1. The owner enters their email on the seller-portal page of your website.
2. If that email matches a property owner in your system, they are emailed a private link.
3. Clicking the link opens their dashboard. The link is time-limited and expires for security.

{primary.fa-info-circle} For a property to appear in an owner's portal, the property must have that person set as its owner contact. The owner only ever sees the properties they own.

What the Owner Sees

Inside the portal the owner can view:

• All properties they own with your agency
• Per-property statistics — the number of interested buyers (opportunities), scheduled viewings and tasks, and visit analytics
• A clean, read-only summary designed to reassure the owner that their property is being actively marketed

The portal is read-only: owners can look but cannot change anything in your system.
