Lead Automation


Overview

Lead Automation makes sure no website lead is forgotten. When a new lead arrives from your website — either an opportunity (someone interested in a specific property) or a request (someone looking for a property) — the system can automatically create a follow-up task for your team, so a person is always reminded to call or write back.

Configure it under Settings -> Lead Automation (requires the company settings permission).


Configuring Automatic Follow-Ups

There are two separate automations you can switch on and tune independently:

  • Opportunity follow-up – runs when a new website opportunity (property enquiry) arrives.
  • Request follow-up – runs when a new website request (property search) arrives.

For each one you set:

  • When the task is due (for example same day, next day, in 2 or 3 days, or in a week)
  • The task priority
  • The task title and description

Save the settings and the automation is live for new leads from that point on.


Placeholders

In the task title and description you can use placeholders that the system fills in automatically for each lead:

  • {contact_name} – the lead's name
  • {property_title} – the property they enquired about

For example, a title of "Call {contact_name} about {property_title}" becomes a personalised reminder for every new lead.
